Holder of this ticket hereby agrees to the following: (1) tickets may be revoked without refund for failure to comply with the terms, health restrictions or Market policies; (2) ticket is non-refundable; (3) tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be be fraudulent & may be invalid & not subject to admission or reimbursement; (4) tickets hold monetary value & as such the purchaser holds sole responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen tickets; (5) in the instance of a cancelled/postponed show due to extenuating circumstances, Out of Hand Modern Market reserves right to provide an alternate date, credit, or other option in lieu of refund.

Your tickets are being purchased from Out of Hand Modern Market (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
